for me not really care about it is using exynos 5 octa or not
at least use quad core a15 + full hd + 2gb ram since nowadays smartphone flagship got this requirement

at last is the battery life, and perhaps support new language for s voice, is quite useless lol
I use Siri more than S Voice whistling.gif

Really? Not innovative even 8 cores in a phone? So, 5 rows of icons is more innovative?

Clue: Wait for S4 first then Note 3 will be not much different. Just like S3 and Note 2. Afraid that Exynos 5 will be postponed because of bad consumption.. (Rumors)

different people have different expectations
apple with hi-res screen = amazing
android with even higher res screen = nothing to shout about

apple with A6 = revolutionary
android with 8 cores = wastage

apple with nothing new features using sensors = we don't need them
android (samsung) with smart stay, smart rotation, quick glance, spen etc etc = nothing to shout about

but we, (samsung note users) do love our features!

the first time i showed my gf (iphone user and loyalist) on 2 basic features, live wallpaper (paperland) and smart rotation, she actually "whoa-ed" and wanted badly to change to S4 (assuring her both will be coming to S4).

Apple invented everything... but samsung copied everything...

Remember who was the one who came out with touch screen? last time samsung were still using physical num pad... sad.gif

Touch screen was a nono during my palm and nokia devices. Capacitive screen changed the game. Resistive touch screen is simply nightmare. Inaccurate and most of the time useless. Still remember my SMS bill drop significantly when I use N97. LOL even paired with qwerty keyboard the device is just horrible to use. Apple does change the game with touchscreen and Appstore trend.

The first company who produced a touchscreen smartphone was IBM. The phone is called IBM Simon, back in 1992

You or for that matter anyone shouldn't be that bias. Your statement is too sweeping.

Granted, Apple did innovate certain stuff but they did not invent EVERYTHING. No one on the face of this earth can claim that.

Good point. Ever since Appstore was launched by apple, Google also came up with google play, then samsung also follow and have their own samsung apps store...

and now even microsoft is copying the concept...

Well , when someone's idea seems to be getting popular , everyone else will copy it . Cant be help . That's the way to be competitive these days including phones . Ever since Samsung "revived" the use of stylus in their Note series , Apple is also filing a patent to use stylus too ( http://techcrunch.com/2013/01/02/stick-the...-stylus-patent/ ) when years ago , Steve Job said " Who wants a stylus. You have to get em and put em away, and you lose em. Yuck. Nobody wants a stylus " . End of the day , doesn't matter who copied who , most importantly is we as consumer get the freedom to choose from having choices from different makers . .

Iphone trademarks also own by brazil enterprises. Facetime also copy from other enterprise... at this moment Apple just a follower..... just wait & see loorrr.

I think we should stick to Note II here & ignore Iphone story...

Can you share with me the battery life and your OST??
I was actually planning to buy the zero lemon 9300mah battery as soon as the company launches it.

omg that is huge, if i were to buy a new higher capacity battery, best viable option is
1. when no more warranty
2. battery spoilt
3.?

if im itchy to buy it just for the higher capacity thus longer useage period is it worth? anyone tried the sun global ones? and those new models appearing in forum lately,

apple v samsung

any day id pick my own note2 ove i5 eventhough i know and feel that the i5 is ery smooth considering 1 gb as oppose to 2gb

Original battery on Note2 can't last u a day of usage? Seriously ? I have a suggestion for u , doesn't cost u anything. Re-adjust your daily routine. There's more to life then just looking at your phone all the time. Then u will find original battery is more then enough for daily usage then .

Bad experience with SunGlobal batteries. Note , sgs2 , sgs3 , desire series. It all shows higher capacity then ori battery BUT when u use it , it feels no different then ori. A good replacement if your battery spoilt as it's cheaper then ori but don't expect it 2 be accurately higher
