when i got my pgr3 also like that.. first few times i was so damn scared to break the cd into 2 what i do was slowly pull out the disc by the disc outside. next time when put back, don't push it all the way inside, else become headache to take out again
then i tried out another way.. push the middle empty part HARD.. and the cd will pop out nicely
