Do some research online on the toughness of the HTC ONE's build quality. Play with Xperia Z last week at Sony roadshow in 1U and I know regardless I pick Xperia Z or HTC One, I will be happy with it. But HTC One won me over coz Zoe features

In short: Be very careful with your phone. For me, I never use cases for my phones at all. I always love them naked. Cases defeats the purpose of having a a beautifully designed phone for the sake of protection. So I always try my best to handle my phone with utmost care and i've never dropped my phone to the extent something is damaged before. But of course, we are humans, carelessness is bound to happen to someone somewhere.

But my engineering gf told me is Software imaging processing, not hardware. So i dunno lol
