So the low camera yield rate is reason of the delay. Poor HTC. The company could have achieved astronomical sales volume with this new ONE. Maybe they should plan ahead next time by raking in more subcontractors for camera modules?

So they never learned from past mistakes? 

mainly due to korean craze (korean singers and korean dramas) going on now. i did ask many frens and colleagues why did they choose samsung and not other brands. their replies were always "support korea, support samsung. koreans are a beauty, therefore their products/phones are also a beauty". and females have the tendency to buy the same things. it's a girl thing generally, people do buy the most popular thing in the market. they call it fashion hehe

Damn stupid. htc can own the market if they sell it now. but as usual they're wasting this valuable opportunity. i wanna get the phone but might opt for a different one coz too long edi waiting.

I don't see big deal with standby performance. Even my one x standby 7 hours drop 1% only with 3g on for whatsapp etc. And the one x is using a Tegra 3 which is much more power hungry compared to XZ and butterfly. XZ and butterfly using same s4 pro anyways so what's so surprising. I don't know why XZ users rave about the standby time if the butterfly is rooted and flashed with proper kernel + uv I'm sure can get even better results.
