QUOTE(Nephrite @ Mar 25 2013, 05:22 PM) Actually i think why don`t HTC made HTC One become a real true entertainment and multimedia phone to imburst in 3D screen on it + made 2 Ultra Pixel camera behind it made it to be stereoscopic with 3D Ultra Pixel camera and combined with 3D blink feed with more animation. By this is bet the phone will blow people mind off. 3D screen hurt ma eye LOL..and 3D animation already done by previous ver sense where heavy animation take place (consume more processor) thus not smooth. Sense 5 pretty much back to basic. No more fancy animation

QUOTE(Nephrite @ Mar 25 2013, 05:27 PM) Lol i never heard before 3D will hurt eyes nvm i will try google it see whats is the cons for 3D effect to eye. With Snapdragon 600 1.7GHZ and 2 GB DDR 3 RAM you believe if got heavy animation will not smooth ? I think its impossible. haha it just me coz i got weak eye Yes i believe it will still lag with heavy 3D animation even it is slightly noticeable All those 3D animation are processor hunger ler..and also graphic

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 27 2013, 12:20 PM) Ultra HD = resolution higher than HD, currently got prototype production of TV in 4k HD or 8K HD. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra_high_de...tion_televisionthanks. but as far as we concern it is impossible for 4k res in small screen. Even cinema screen using 4k future who know

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 27 2013, 12:24 PM) Cinema different, the screen so big, it do required, and 4k HD was welcome for more than 100" TV, as current Full HD is not really that sharp and details in TV bigger than 100". Using any Ultra HD in phone was madness, I don't think it will happen for now and no point release it. yups that's my point plus rarely got video recording that can record (don't talk about those RED camera) 4k res and it will kill the software editing to edit 4k video (ok my comp is pretty low spec to handle 1080p also). But of coz, technology is moving fast..we will never know

QUOTE(Nephrite @ Mar 27 2013, 12:23 PM) I dare to bet with you in this 2 years time sure got phone Ultra HD with low battery consumption. and that will only happen if they can put video recording for phone to record as high as 4k res lul

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 27 2013, 12:28 PM) This I agree, it may only appear when 4K record was common. Actually I rather they all go invest on new battery type. Current battery is nearly cannot handle already. I want a battery that can last long me standby at least 4 days, or a week was better. Battery technology was so oudated. personally i am not that hype up on screen res. It is small screen afterall. my comp 22" with 1080p also very satisfying. Good enough for my daily job to edit photos and videos. Not sure why battery tech is so weak. Motorola is the only 1 seem successful packed large battery into slim body

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Mar 27 2013, 12:44 PM) You got display, no power CPU+GPU to handle, no point also. Also by using 4K vide record, I think minimum internal storage for a phone needs 1TB. Sensor and imaging processing play part too. By the time come we will know when most DSLR/compact are capable to record 4k, then it is mobile phone turn.

QUOTE(marquis @ Mar 29 2013, 02:33 PM) Not 2500 yet, but for the las few pages people keep on asking the same question repeatedly - might as well start a new one with most of the info on the first page...provided these people read it. I have half a mind to just unsubscribe, but then I might not get the latest news On a side note, the latest drop test quite...scary. Provided the phone doesn't drop on the screen, the body is quite robust. Shame it can best the Z though. I've read on XDA that the Zoe feature is tied in to the hardware. Person wasn't sure though and no one else replied to confirm/disprove. Anyone knows? The Zoe feature is the only reason I would be interested in this phone tbh. Coupled with the ultrapixel thingy of course. Unless of course they decide to release an HTC One II/One+ or whatever their naming convention might be. That'd be awesome I tod zoe is something to do with the imaging processing in HTC One? So yea hardware. But my engineering gf told me is Software imaging processing, not hardware. So i dunno lol
