anyway I reckon LCD as the refresh rate is negligible (in terms of eye health) and it has no or only emit very little radiation (CRT emit radiation through its high magnet)

most LCDs are extremely bright, even at the lowest brightness setting, i get headaches and eye fatigue after about 2 hours of staring at the monitor.
