IPS will give u natural colors and great viewing angle.
AMOLED will give u brighter colors and deeper black.

We have to wait for real life testing for that.
But on paper, S4 should be better coz of larger battery and processor architecture.

not only CM10 but maybe hard to make other AOSP ROM also.

TW based roms maybe not be a problem, but once a new android version comes out. we have to wait Samsung to release official ROM then only can ccok custom ROM.

While AOSP based will have an upperhand on the latest android version.

But with all the feature of the new TW brings, there liitle need to use AOSP ROMs.
TW used to be sucks, but lately TW is already good.
