Hi all, my car has just clocked 1200km now and it is time for 1st service.

I am very tempted to go to AZ (where I bought my car from) service centre because of the promotion they are running (I am sure those who bought from him would know).

I however, have read some one writing that they do not take care of our car cleanliness during the service resulting in oil stuck on seat etc. I do not want that. Any one has tried going there after KS complained to the service manager?

Or should I go to the one in Kinrara? I just wanted to do normal service plus asking them to tighten the seats. The seats are vibrating like mad.

Enjoy is enjoy la...But FC is also very important when you need to pump 400 per month. 10% saving means 40 a month. in 10 months you can get a month free fuel.

OK. I will call to make my first service in SK SC. However, I have vibrating passenger and back seats. Do you think I can rectify that on this Saturday?

Especially old, outdate minded unker or unti who thinks T & H is still superior. I don't even know what is superior about T & H anymore. They are just too intimidated by the cockpit. They do not know how to control those buttons hence they say no use. They conveniently forget about the car safety, where 2 air bags are enough my fader in law said. Paddle shifter no use my mader in law said. Lower cc means better FC my fader in law said. Lower 'power' means less speeding my mader in law said.

HECK, then why the he*l you go buy the 2.0 CRV for yourself and a 1.8 Altis for your son? Stay honest and drive plotong and pelo2 la. Better still, cycle to work. HYPOCRITE.

Ride is good. Everything is fine except that there is obvious ratling front and back passenger seat. Will need to rectify tomorrow during 1st service. Now already 1.4k km. Also, the steering emblem seemed to be crumbled. Not sure if the glue underneath is uneven and i pressed on it for honk. Do you think u can replace one pcs for me?

I have no issue with the sound for Radio and GPS. The volume somehow is the same as each other after I have maxed out the GPS volume and radio volume at 8 or 9.

I however have problem with blue tooth phone call and radio. If you pick up or make calls with radio volume at 8, the phone call volume is very low. I can't hear clearly what the caller is saying buy the can hear me clearly. To hear them clearly, I would need to raise the volume to 16 or 18.

Once call ended, Radio resume and I would have a loud Radio volume. Is there anyway that I can raise blue tooth call voice like what we do for GPS? This bothers me abit as I am getting used to picking up calls via blue tooth in car.

Any one has problem with original factory fitted leather seat?

My leather seat is ori and after 2 weeks, there is a part which now looks like old 5 years almost crack-like leather. Any one has this problem now? How to solve?

Mine is an ancient iPhone 3GS. Have already maxed out the volume on my phone from the beginning.

Went for 1st service at 1500km. Got them to fix the seat vibrating issue. They tightened the bolt. Not fully silent. I can still hear some but really obvious now.

Any one know how to eliminate it once and for all? Any one done it in SC where they do it differently?

How was your car when it runs on the road before you change tire? Any senget drive or bumpy?

I came from manual background. I am very light on foot too. l/100 km up till now have not exceed 8.5. A 2.0 by the way. That is also because I 3 days vroom vroom for 3 separate tanks of fuel.

Even if I am from manual, I am still not getting used to the paddle shift. I cannot determine the what gear to drop to when ever I need to drop gear. After dropping, I would forget to upshift when I needed to. I drive with right hand most of the time, so sometimes when turn steering will forget to use left hand to downshift when i needed to.

Really need to drive like an F1 driver is really want to commit to drive with paddle shift. Now only use paddle shift to over take, or when I feel that the GB is taking too long time to upshift to higher gear ratio.

Any one here who has experience is using the paddle shift in full, using it like a manual car? Any tips to share?

Sorry. Noob question. The engine oil quantity that they put in is all 4 litre? Or what is the correct quantity?

^ Ya ah? When I was in Kinrara SC, I saw them pour the whole bottle into corong turas, leave the bottle on corong turas and walk away. When they are back, the bottle is empty. They even drain out the oil from the bottle as if there are not enough gravy on the steak.

This is not me alone. The other mak cik's koup is done with the same procedure. Just that ther service guy did not walk away. He sees through the 'pour all' process.

I have read in V11 that xion city at that time had excessive engine oil and AT oil. That is why the performance drop. I do feel that the car is heavier after this 1st service. Maybe it is because of the still new engine oil. However, looking at what xion city posted, I got worried a little, hence I asked.

I do not believe there is a 3.5L bottle. All that I have seen is 4L. So yeah. 99% they poured 4L into it.

Will call and ask SC what to do.
