they are taking bookings but im not sure how many units left at this stage. i heard its pretty much sold out since a japanese investor has blocked 100 units. can check out more details at my blog realtymalaysia.blogspot.com . i have a sales agent friend who can accept bookings. i was told there is no more discount. the price is now RM1410psf

but everyone need to be aware of the risks. the developer is unknown. it's a new company registered for this purpose

Well this and many other factors have caused me to become very cautious with my next investment. So taking is slow now. Will see how things develop after the elections although i dont expect major changes for the property outlook. How bout yorself?

Not too excited about it. There's a similar project going on: Centrestage in PJ -- also GRR and Best Western. I think completion by next year -- can see how it goes before deciding on Meridian.

yes i know about Centrestage but the funny thing is that Centrestage is listed on the best Western website but not Meridian 101.

Just passed by and noticed the sales gallery is open. Just went and took a sales brochure from the personnel outside. 15% downpayment amounting to RM85k+

Parking not included. Who's paying for super automated parking? Gona cost a bomb.

Surprisingly, the agents are G.S reality. Not from developer.

Gonna drop by tmr again to get more info.

Can u get more official info regarding the GRR and the company called Perfect Morning? Also ask for any official docs tying this development to Best Western group. Do not rely on word of mouth.

I wonder why we need to put up 15% downpayment. This is a residential loan so why only 85% loan. hmm.gif

I am going there again tomorrow as my office is just nearby. Btw, the site is behind the infamous Yut Kee restaurant.

It's shown in the sales catalogue (80/85% loan), so yea.. guessing is commercial land since it sits on row of heritage shop houses.

And the agent told me that another side of the shop lots, bought by YTL. she said only, not sure true or not, can't find any details online.
