no,is kind of game that you can collect kamen rider character in different range,you can evolve the card, combine it to archieve higher rank,
play different level of games(every kamen rider series), battle with players, and play event games.

the kivala event has end...waiting for the next event

If you want people to assist you on your event bosses, you must first fight them then your boss will appear on your "friends"' radar if you don't defeat them; if you want to assist your "friends" then the same has to happen for them first and then their bosses would appear on your radar.

For example if I were to fight a boss but lose the battle, then my boss would appear on your radar with whatever health it left after that particular battle.

1.downlaod the apk file from the link, and place it in your phone or sd card
2.just launch the apk file

since you have already get your own id, means you have already refer the id? or without.

1.drop when kill monster in city(N card)
2.reward when kill a boss(boss card)
2.event(R,SR,UR,EX card)
4. capsule system
i)game point capsule(R,R+,SR)
ii)friend point capsule (N,N+,R)

B)ways to up level
by combine card
- the higher the level of card, the higher the damage and defense

C)To form a + card
get the belt by gathering all the six colour of the same belt
and then combine the rider with his belt

D)Some of the card can evolve(normally get from event)
evolve requirements:certain rider with certain EX card
e.g: R Ryuki card + EX Drageder card =SR Ryuki
SR Ryuki card + EX Survive =UR Survive Ryuki

just take this as a lesson
to evolve, you must first remove the rider from the main team/list, then only can evolve

and the wizard with bike is not strong also...
try to get rider from event or capsule

Change sim card or play with new device.... Or get 3rd party softward to remove the apps completely, I only know how to do it for a PC not mobile or tablet, I guess you can google abit on this.

Ex Star R is use to increase the max level of your R card.... However if ur R card is already 5 stars, you wont be able to increase.... and it will serve no effect to your SR....

There is a Ex Star SR will release later...

If is mntdj key in when u start game n u will oso get a R card
