the divident shud be around the same amount last time. why amidst the collapsing economy it seems?

well a couple of months back gomen did increase the toll prices right and u must remember majority shareholders in this strategic assets are epf n pnb..they cooked the book by increasing toll price by ALOT. money gained from this exercise are then used to increase/maintain good dividend for epf n pnb(as1m,asb etc). to control public sentiments lar after the increased cost of living...real amount of dividend of no toll hike, maybe 4-4.5%...after "increased" earning i reckon can pay around 5.5-6% for 2015

I dont think they will break the 6%.  Anything lower will be very negative perception of EPF.  Many  more will move out their funds to elsewhere as it will cause some panic.    Hoping its nothing below 6%.

but epf lost abit of money also 2016...naming a few they have to cut loss in FGV end of november..that alone quite sizeable chunk

if EPF manage to pay more than 6% i reckon they will dip into their reserve fund...anyway hopefully thats not the case lor.. sweat.gif sweat.gif
