a bit offtopic, so i hope you dont mind.

i tried to do the nomination thru kwsp online portal, but it only let you fill in the details and print the form, and then you bring it to the kwsp office.

it also requires you to have a witness. my question is, for those who have done the nominations before, do you also need to bring along the witness to the kwsp office?

thanks.

There's 2 kinda/shoulda statements in between the lines.

Does he mean on target for 2+3.5%? But then later he says they had been paying inflation+3.5% for the past few years? Assuming inflation has been around 3 for the past year, does he mean to expect 6.5%?

I reckon its somewhere in between from the way he tries to cryptically set both the high and low bars. Probably looking at 6% but this being an election year, they may tag on another 0.2 or 0.3%

with EPF dividend expected to be subdued in the foreseeable future, plus the heavy selldown in almost all markets, is this a good opportunity to shift some funds over to mutual funds using the EPF portal? most are offering 0.5% sales charge and some are even listed at 0%

any good recommendations? preferably non-malaysian funds since we should be looking to diversify anyway.

Last time Epf statements use to clearly state the dividend amount. But notice that this year no more, and everything just lump together with the overall balance. Even past year statement also retroactively removed the dividend amount.

Only can see the dividend amount as a paragraph if you use the app.

Why change something that isn't broken and likely nobody asked for, EPF?
