At age of 60, we can withdraw all out from EPF.
What if we did not withdraw all from EPF at age 60?
1. From there forward, will EPF still pays us yearly dividend?
2. If I decided to withdraw at age 61, can I do so? If yes, whats the amount can i withdraw out at age 61, 62, etc... ?

You are allowed to withdraw all your money at age 55

But you can withdraw your pre-55 monies anytime?

Well, not wanting to be the wet blanket here, but technically speaking, it's not really "instant" access, as in truly instant access.
There's quite a gap between the day you apply for total withdrawal, to the day you actually receive the money.
Processing time could be up to a week or more.
But yeah, understand your point, it's basically still considered fairly liquid funds.
