The bank will charge you 3% upfront and the interest will be added to your principal and will be divided by 12 months. And you need to pay back per month. Not at the end of 12 months tenure

What I meant is, the interest will be charged in your total amount and divided by x number of months
For my case RM9000 + 3% = RM9270 Monthly repayment: RM772.50 How much interest will be able to offset if you are planning to use that to reduce your housing loan amount? 1.5% ? |
