My Analysis
1. Maximum cash-back per transaction is RM200 (aka RM1000 dining spend)
2. Cash Rebate RM30,000 allocated per month, based on first come, first served basis.
3. The earlier you swipe in that month, most likely you could get 20% Bonus Cash Back 
4. The Eligible Cardmember will receive notification of the Bonus Rebate, if any, on the next working day via SMS
5 .The Bonus Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Cardmembers' credit card account within two (2) weeks from the end of the each month and will appear in the following month's credit card statement under the description of 'Bonus Rebate'.
