May i know the appeal for approving this card will be difficult? Btw, my salary is fulfill their requirement.

Just get my card by yesterday from branch. It was successful to appeal once i call to CS. By the way, may i know how to register this card thru online statement since i don't have any ocbc bank acc over there. Please advice.
