I think the government servant part is true as my application was recently rejected. I've fulfilled the income requirement and i have a perfect record, never paid for anything late ever! And i have other credit cards, mbb2, standard chartered, uob one card etc.

I realised zurich insurance is under the online payee list. Does that mean i will get 5% cashback for paying my Zurich insurance premium?
