Hi, I booked hotel rooms overseas with my OCBC credit card. How long do I have to wait before I know how much am I charged in RM?

Nope... Book directly on hotel's website... I got the sms I'm charged today 12PM... so how can I know how much the rate is? Call CS? Since I'm booking for my friends too they wanna pay me.

I changed my handphone number, how can I change it for the bank? Can I do it online/telebanking?

Tried this, they told me to do it online instead. Then I forgot password and my account was locked, and to make things worse, I forgot my pin so have to wait 5-8 days for it to arrive, lazy me to go their bank again haha.

My card always stuck at petrol pumps! I think its because of the font for name and all is more bulged than usual. And yes the back looks horrible, and I haven't been swiping a lot too, started using Sept 2012.

Been thinking where can I swipe my card for TnG... usually I just pay cash... at the toll Tried a few Petronas they don't accept cc for TnG in Melaka.

I applied last year, got it within first try. Submitted 3 months of payslip + EPF statement. Most likely because I only have 1 Public Bank CC with really low credit limit. OCBC gave me quite high limit, surprised me when I got it.

I'm thinking to get the new card design... my current old one (curved edge) always stuck at Petronas pump station Even the guys working there can recognize me because I always need to call them for help to remove my card. Not sure if the new card facing this issue?
