Lots of thanks to the sifu who shared the appeal letter!
Applied for OCBC's Titanium Mastercard on July 12, received a letter dated July 23 stating that my application has been unsuccessful, sent an appeal email on July 29 and finally received an sms from OCBC stating that my application was approved on August 1. Received my card the very next day ^^ |
