I applied recently. Ystday I just received call from OCBC to check etc, how long does it take to approve or reject?

I just activated my OCBC card. When I tried to purchase things online, I didn't receive the SMS password thingy but it directed me to a site showing "System is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."
What's wrong? |
