I have received cask back from the monthly statement, there have two cash back to be deducted RM50 + RM50.

I do know one is monthly cash back, another description showed cash back Cr Adj? is this mean new card holder for 3 swiped to get the cash back RM50? 

Oh I see, ya I'm waiting RM 30 for online payment as well 

Increase to RM80? U mean rm50+rm30 or direct cash back for new sign up promotion for rm80?

I don't wait for Statement... I called up OCBC the moment the charge is posted.

i found that those online applications will get rejected most of the times.
i have been rejected 1 time for using online application.
then someone advised me to apply at the branch instead of going online, those telesales may not submit your forms accordingly.
after they rejected my application, 1 month later i went to the branch, this time they approved my application.
since then, i never trust those telesales anymore.

would they be send notification for people who entitled it? or just direct cash back into monthly statement will do?

Any preferred date is allowed ? Can't remember if there's a list of dates to choose (i.e. Maybank has a list to choose)

tried to applied through OCBC branch via my friend which works in OCBC.. 2 weeks later, get later saying application failed =.= asked my friend why, he said OCBC tried to call my office, and no1 pick up =.= problem is, during office hours, CONFIRM there's ppl picking up =.=

and in addition to my record, i currently have maybank2card and have NEVER paid late.. good paymaster.. no car/housing loan.. no idea why rejected.. zzz fedup

But the number appeared on my screen, not blocked. then when I tried calling back, unreachable. But when I search in google, it is from OCBC. Hmm..

should I call? Or will they instead send rejection/approval snail mail or email?

why do u need a supplementary card for this?
if i'm not mistaken, the rm50 cap for the 5% is shared between main card and supp card

it seems having ice-cream at "haagen dazs" klcc is not considered dining hence not entitled to 5% cashback rebate ... anyone encountered similar transaction to confirm this?

i'm seeking clarification from ocbc and hope to hear what they've got to say on this ... if it's not dining, then what should be the category then?

thanx fruitie ... so, in this case, ocbc is giving out only 1% while maybank gives away 5%? i thought due to the same mcc code, all banks should treat it the same way? or because maybank's special week-end plan where you can enjoy 5% cashback even though you're making down payment for a car or a house, as long as the transaction is made on weekend?

if that's true, then i've to seriously consider getting this maybank 2 amex as 1st card to use during weekend while ocbc as backup up, though i really hate the maybank logo ...
