I am planning open a store in Ebay。

As we know ，sea parcel is more cheep than air parcel，but i discovered that Posmalaysia provides 2 options to us（http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/parcel_rate.asp）。So，WHAT TO CHOOSE？

AND，Are poslaju and posmalaysia same？

easy say, sub of pos malaysia berhad. with own collection centre, own customer centre but still use pos malaysia post ofice and mini post if the area is too small to open poslaju branches.

Still not understand? think of Maybank. It's a bank and also an insurance company. But for insurance, they use the name of etiqa. etiqa have own call centre.

I am having problems again...


Actually, i am planning open a Ebay store in Hong Kong Ebay for selling antique.

Of course, i choose Poslaju to deliver my parcel. Also, i prefer to use parcel service which is cheaper than POSLAJU .

Here are the problems i encounter.


1)Should i declare this personal use or business purpose? Heard someone said that it needs to prepare "invoice" if you choose business purpose for you parcel.

2)If item inside parcel breaks or misses , what will you all guys do?
