Shell sold LPG business to them, so now they just focusing on producing LPG gas, but in terms of sales, distribution etc. this new company will handle it, perhaps new LPG project from Petronas not worth for Shell to stay invest for this business in Malaysia. Focus on Euro4M project and offshore
