i've just done selecting the options on aroma. booting up now. maybe for some they want the vanilla experience but then want the stock samsung features too. that i'll update you later. currently booting my phone up.

it took me a good 3 hours to download ultima since im at my hometown. miss my internet connection in KL

anyway, yea, depends on what you select in the aroma installer, you do get best of both worlds. do try it out.

from what i see, the s4 is a smaller note 2, and larger s3. most of the new features and software enhancements.
another premium suite update to the s3 and it will have the same features as the s4. do correct me if im wrong.

Agreed. The technology and software do amazes us, but the design is really a turn down for me. For the price i am paying i would want something premium, like the One anodized aluminium, instead of something plastic. Same here, will be considering the One and S4.

yup, HTC is slow in releasing updates and from previous reviews on their battery life isnt satisfying. as for the specs, i cannot agree with you. look at the exynos octa for example. it has a quad ARM-15 for heavy tasking and another quad ARM-7 for light or normal usage, which suppose to give better battery life ( wait for reviews ). another similar example would be the tegra 3 an 4. in my opinion it still goes down to how the software controls and utilise the power usage.
