If as you said you read it, you will 100% find it, unless you are blind or cannot read.

if your S2 is root, you can backup using titanium backup and then copy the backup to S3.

You can try carbon if your current phone not root.

As for contact, as long your contact save at Google, it will auto sync back once you sign in same Google account in any others Google phone.

My small suggest, wait for S4 if you intend buy next month, also check out note 2 which was far better.

CM 10.1(4.2.1) already can add widget in lock screen.

Buy from Samsung origin retailer shop (or telco shop) is the safer way, or bring someone really known about phone and better with one having real S III unit. Also always remember don't greedy on cheaper price, nothing in world is FOC or far far cheaper than suppose price.

Some tips:
The link you show me, I can immediate tell it was clone as they is two SIM card slot, one regular, one microSIM, no manufacture will ever do such, also bear in mind no manufacture will ever do dual SIM also for high end phone. (Only those clone will ever do that).

Beside this, search more internet review and photos, especially GSMArena and PhoneArena, then you can easier rectified it was origin or clone. From the OS screen, the pull down notification is the most obvious to tell it was not origin. The status bar clock & battery icon also in wrong ICS blue color, Samsung still using green battery icon and the S III clock was in white grey.

The setting menu in origin Android look tell this was clone as well.

Also the Accuweather was the old design (from S II) also immediate tell this was not the origin.

Ya, the clone spec was kind identical, it was crazy clone! Don't care how it clone, clone still clone and I don't buy clone thing.

Differences, hmm... beside the one I already mention.

From System Info, the GPU was PowerVR SGX 531 not Mali-400 MP.
System Info was accurate detect where the device info was not, I believe the maker had trick AnTuTu to think this was S III.

As for CPU wise, both same using SMDK4x12 (Quad-Core ARM v7).

My S III score (in latest v4.1.2) was 14k not 9k.

Just install WanamLite MR2 v5.8, I know it release quite sometimes just no time to test it.

Out of surprise, this probably the best S III ROM ever did by Samsung and modified by WanamLite. It was pretty smooth, much better than Malaysia latest ROM.

And it was smooth enough where I am keeping it kernel as well. Not plan to change for the moment.

Why so many like Omega, what benefits over WanamLite? I try before last time then long time never try, and was lazy to try again now.

Yaya, CNY is over, I already start working today...

By the way I think CM 10.1 base on v4.2.2 for S III is coming soon or already came, as CM 10.1 for Nexus 10 just came with v4.2.2, so far I think it was much better.

HTC butterfly was damn solid.

S3 or note 2 cannot compare with it, screen loose, performance loose.

So no need to compare. When butterfly out, S3 or Note 2 was history.

But I won't change it course wait for S4. Hehe

Until now I never face any unusual freeze. But I am using custom WanamLite ROM.

It was base on 4.2.2

I wonder whether the total RAM usage has been decrease or not, as for nexus 10, this latest build was same as stock where available RAM was decrease from 1.6gb to now 1.2gb. Around more 400mb RAM has been occupied for GPU usage. For nexus 10, it was great thing as much smoother now and seems fixing the hang issue.
