That can't be the menu screen cause

1. See the concentric circles that form the background, logic will dictate that they be rotating, but if you look at both shots they're in the same position. Not to mention the active menu option pulsates in brightness so it's impossible for him to get 2 different shots with him in the same place.

2. The reason in Halo where you can press Y to show your friend's list is because there wasn't a guide button on the controller so they had to teach people where the friend's list is. This wouldn't be the case on the 360.

So.. chances of fake IMHO.. 99%

First the thread was taken down...screenshot removed. Now they just make an announcement claiming it fake & will ban anyone in the future coming out with any screenshots like this

told you... oh.. and before you say "But they're pulling the screens therefore there must be some truth to that!" The Bungie people already mentioned they don't want to waste the time disputing all the fakes that pop around and then dispusting the disputes therefore they're just gonna kill any posting that talks about H3 leaked information.

I'm not into this real vs fake thingy. But I'd just like to clarify that the Y for Friends button is also on the MotoGP demo - maybe it'll eventually be taken out of the final game, but as it is, it's there in the demo. Just wanted to point that out - nothing more.
