my digi data quota now reset to 0 just now.....as the cycle is on 16

my bill start on 23rd..so if i use this quota..how they charge?

coz i plan to terminate this b4 this coming 23rd...

Now my stock gallery also gone..still there last nite..as read on the net..gallery become faster after 4.2.2

How to downgrade?

Stock rom here...
