hey guys, have been using an old cassette holder as a stand for my Nexus 4. works out pretty great, even fits with poetic bumperline case. just need some modification to make sure the holder's heavy enough, so it doesn't move here and there when using just a tip for you guys. cheers!

trying to update to 4.2.2. my nexus is unlocked, rooted but running stock ROM & on 4.2.1.

1. Tried using OTA, it downloaded but "verification fail" when want to install.

2. Tried flashing zip in recovery mode:
assert failed: apply_patch_check ("/system/build.prop" "5a778d005448ec19) E: Error in /data/media/0/<update file name>.zip
(Status 7)

3. so tried sideload using adb: also the same error msg as above only difference: E: error in /data/media/0/sideload.zip

Anyone can help? or point me to the right direction?

I just checked my CPU usage,mostly i used 1 to 1.5ghz,so even if i underclocked,i don't think the saving would be much

It's not that risky as long as you don't screw things up / insert wrong value. Most will just start with undervolting by -75mV ~ -100mV. But that'll depend on what CPU binning you get. For those who got "Faster" binning, the cpu have better tolerance for undervolting. But I believe most of us here got "Fast" with little (or none?) whom got "Slow" / "Nominal"
