Just want to share sony feedback regarding jelly bean update:

Dear Mr Raimi,

Thank you for contacting the Sony Xperia support centre.

With regards to your query, we would like to apologise for the disappointment and frustration you had with the software update release. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to advise on the release date for the Jelly Bean update as the software release is based on:

3) Country that might delay the upgrade for user's phone.

Do note that the Xperia TX will be getting the update anytime soon as the software release for this model has been officially released.

To learn more on how we can support you, please visit our Xperia TM Care at www.sonymobile.com/support. For further assistance you may also contact us at 1-800-1-88-7666.

Please be aware that should you not respond within 5 days of this email your query will be automatically closed. Any further communications will not reach our support and a new query will need to be raised.
