How do i do effects like this in photoshop?

can it be done or do i have to use a camera that has this effect?

use few filter effects at photoshop..

is it a pencil Sketching Effect ??

easy..u need to go tho a few step..

Change to Desaturate of pic..

Invert Colour

Duplicate layer Chg to Color Dodge mode

Gaussian Blur set to 2.4 (more or less..up to u)

last ..adjust the 2 Layer opacity..accordingly the color brightness u like..
u are done by it!

may i know how to change to color dodge mode? i try to follow the step to do but the pic become no color at all.

looks like th person just saved a low res GIF image file..

yes the background will goes white..

after u chage the BG to color dodge mode..

(click the layer effect ontop of ur layer)

but first change ur ori pic..to Desaturate (Ctrl+Shift+u)

i think the picture:

* increased contrast

* posterized

and i found it somehow look like photocopy or etching effect


and the gal is pretty

not agreed!!














for the last part

I'm sensing a vector picture (probably not via Cutout) and with Poster Edge. But seriously it a vector pic

dont think so... i think its embossed + grain... and something done with the layer blending..
another idea...
why not try asking the person who created that pictures.
