Hi guys I am having some problem here .... I am trying to set yup my NNID but it keep showing me that your current region setting are not allow to do so bla bla .... I am currently working in china .... is that because of the great firewall of china ? and how do i check I have already setup Miiverse ... I just bought my 3DS and quite confuse .... The only reason I want to do this is because my eshop show nothing and did a little bit of google and they say its due to region for NNID ... please help me T^T

where do I change my region ? I cant found it under system setting and yes I have US set
