Thanks guys, just bought a Blue 3DS XL bundle with MK7 smile.gif
Confirmed that the bundled game included in the system, not in SD card. Also wasted 1 hour figuring how to add funds in Canada eshop... End up figured out I cant use Maybank CC, now got few hundred ringgit floating @.@

I though the game was pre-installed into the sd-card, same things like your buy and download any game from e-shop, it will installed in the sd-card, and the pre-installed MK7 tied to the console, meaning if you change or upgrade the memory card, you need to re-download the MK7 again from e-shop for free. or am I wrong?

Im not sure this been told before or not, but most of the people seem to ignore this, you need to check the alignment of the touch screen (secon screen below), open up the Game Notes application (the pencil icon) in the touch screen area, then open one empty note, then draw a straight line from edge of the screen to another edge of the screen, make sure the line are properly draw with your stylus. This is to check if the touch screen alignment ok or not, applicable to new unit also. if you can't draw any line then the unit have a problem.

Hi guys!

Good news. He said I win and agreed to do a full refund for the refurbished 3DSxl unit rclxm9.gif I don't know how he can still dare to operate & survive with these business ethics in Lowyat.net. Oh if I wanna transfer my saved games files... is it stored on the game cartridge or on the SD card itself? sweat.gif I wanna backup my Animal Crossing village laugh.gif
You also kena with your 3DS?

As far as I know. every 3DS game save file are saved into the game card it self, unless you have a digital version (download from eshop or comes with the machine). Digital version save to the sd card, but you need to do/run save-data backup to port/copy the save game file for every game to the sd card.

In Animal Crossing New Leaf digital version, the game does not support the save-data backup tools, so if you have digital version, the save game are tie to your 3DS machine, not only the save game, the game it self also tie to the machine. You need to do a full 3DS system transfer in order to bring the Animal Crossing game with its save files to a new 3DS. Yeah I know, this is sucks, PSVita much better in this regard, and Nintendo never learn.
