She's just doing the right thing. Club Nintendo were meant for US & Canada residents, and we are just importing it so we can enjoy the Club Nintendo reward. By calling, you're setting your own trap and step on it...

Anyhow, your games remain intact, should be fine. You just can't register into Club Nintendo anymore...You can create another account though? And start collecting the points again..
