Hey guys, one quick question. Say I purchased a retail game off the e-Shop on my 3DS and later purchased a 3DS XL and perform a System Transfer. Will my save game for that game from my 3DS get transferred to the new 3DS XL as well?

Finally couldn't stand the wait and ordered the 3DS XL Pikachu Limited Edition + Etrian Odyssey 4 for a whopping RM1,100 here in Taiwan ⋯⋯*\(^o^)/*

I don't know if you guys are excited about it as I am, but Bravely Default & Fantasy Life are both being localized and are coming to US. I'm less excited about Shin Megami Tensei IV, but it's coming in July too, probably.

If I buy the Pikachu 3DS XL from US, should I buy a 3DS XL local adapter in Malaysia or just use the adapter given in the box (US type) with a converter ?

Either is ok IMHO the adapter is cheaper, but if you can find a shop that sells the local charger for less than RM30-35, go for that, it's easier. (some universal adapters will force the US charger 'legs' to bend apart a bit which can be unsightly )

When I bought my US 3DS (red) the seller gave a local charger as well as the US charger.
My US 3DS XL set also had a US charger included  Us Asians are not treated as well as our American counterparts

hwaching from lowyat is good, they offer cheap price compare to a lot of shops here (KL-Selangor). Im his big supporter that he gives me discount haha at first I bought xbox, xbox games, then 3DS r4 card, help cousin bought 3ds XL and I recently just got my Lego City pre-ordered 3ds games from him He never fail in his delivery though sometimes stock delay 1 or 2 days only

Another user I've met got a 3DS XL for RM 600 with R4 in Lowyat. He couldn't remember the shop but he did say it took him a while of scouting and asking around to get that price.

To this day I'm still not sure if the price was a fluke or that shop is really, really generous

Yo guys, I'll be heading to Singapore soon and was thinking to buy a Nintendo 3DS at there. I saw some of the SG websites showing US set and SG set. To play in Malaysia, better to get SG set? Also, SG price is cheaper than buying at here right?

Well didn't think it was easy to upgrade my memory card for my DS.
But turns out it's pretty easy. Copy old memory card date to desktop.
Transfer the data to the new memory card. Turn on the 3DS and boom.
Everything is there. Pretty simple.
