analysts all talk good the market if found market increased, vice verse. Chinese call 马后炮
market good, they give buy call
market bad, they give sell call..............how to be rich if follow them?

just use Buy low sell high theory will do.....simple

I knew a food outlet sales about 100k per month,
100k - 10k rental, staff wages 20~30k, cost of food 20-30k, miscellenous expenses about 10k, what left is profit.

I could have made 10-15% more on some of the stocks I sold in past 1 month+.
What to do, chicken out. 

Everyone in Malaysia is also eying the blood bath after election result announced. If everyone aim to buy on dip, who is going to sell? 

I have not come across even one single  trading day..where there is no seller at all.

I do hope that day would come.........

Good for short term in the case of Malaysia property developers and home owners enjoy the rise in home prices. Capital appreciation of which can be put off at better use, buying better property or start a business.
Bad for long term because sons and daughters will face problem as cannot afford new house with current pay. Then there's issue of money flowing out of the country.

But Malaysia has a lot of empty land. 
And I don't mind since Condos are the norm these days. New development all go 20+ floor, some 25 some 30 floors. More money for property companies for a small land. When there's a bubble first, foreigners will be the first to get out. Just like in KLSE where FF will become net sellers during bad market while our busy EPF scooping up bargains.

I am not optimistic about BRT.
Just imagine a road with 2 lanes on each side: if one lane is reserved for buses, and only one lane left for private vehicles, sure the drivers will make noise.
Unless we widen the road to add 1 lanes on each side. But if we do so, the cost will increase substantially.
And, if we were to tear down the buildings at Jalan Sultan to make way for BRT, Chinese sure will protest...
We might as well build LRT...
