What kind of bank doesn't give statement for savings account???

somemore in online banking, only 1 month statement shown???

online banking for savings can only view up to 2 months i think. people need 3 months statement usually for cc or hire purchase loans.

they only have statements for current accounts. I went to HLB to request for statement 3 months they save dont have, u can only bring passbook and they will update. The only thing is, I never update my passbook before. So i went home , took my passbook bring it over to the person and walla!

I thought they will update month by month and since i last use the book in 2011, I would imagine the page to filled up almost to the max with all the transactions over the years. But guess what? Its only 1 page update! the only detailed updates were given for june 2013, the rest all they lump sum..

not really helping there..

So the person is also baffled by the statement and tells me to talk to the manager. The manager then shows a face like " who asked for bank statements anymore " kind of look, and ask me to fill up a form to request for a statement and when it is ready they will notify me.
