What kind of bank doesn't give statement for savings account???

somemore in online banking, only 1 month statement shown???

HLB does suck at everything. Collection department very efficient. Late 1 day, straight away harass u daily. When need service, they don't bother to call back or offer solution. Worthless bank. Gotten worse after merging with EON. Maybe they inherited all the parasites from them?

there are alot of things going on inside which i can't reveal much over public forum. But all i can is that why 1 month is because of cost factor.

When EON Bank by itself, it is good, especially the call service.

Now merge with hong leong bank, it sucks. Wanted to change bank already, but bonded with the installment for 24 months when using eon just before they merge. O_O

How? Savings account? U know i thought only online don't have, but when i went to the bank just now, they told me savings account don't have statement, only can print on passbook.
