HLB does suck at everything. Collection department very efficient. Late 1 day, straight away harass u daily. When need service, they don't bother to call back or offer solution. Worthless bank. Gotten worse after merging with EON. Maybe they inherited all the parasites from them?

Luckily my EON only left RM 3k debt. Going to pay off and cancel the card. Can't stand the harassment daily. Some even challenge into report to BN. Collection agency full of gangsters.
