Hi ! I noticed that the discounts offered are big. I was contemplating to look into Infinitti seriously due to its location (yes, LH is a turn off). But the funny thing is, my in law told me to check alternatives first (they are residence of Villawangsa). Irama seems good. Went to Hedgeford - gosh its small but yeah FH suites. SA says Infinitti may not crack as bad as Villawangsa, strategy wise - more glasses now on the building ! I guess thats why Dubai buldings are mostly like KLCC - glasses. hahaha ... Nevertheless, will look into Infinitti and Seasons Garden. Hedgeford is nice until I saw all the banners for sale. Susah nanti I tinggal sorang2. hehe

So I heard on Irama. I have always been a fan of Shah Alam until I "had" the opportunity to be in Wangsa Maju. Must admit - really good location but a pening with all the confusing LH and FH status which looks haywire. Seri Riana is tops but price wise - I was too late (quoted 650k but I missed 2 mths and it became 801k). I am actually exploring for stay (mon - Fri) which is why I dont plan to invest too much (especially for LH). As of now - analyzing Seasons, Infinitti and Hedgeford (though in law told - mau beli rumah burung ke ..). Infinitti provides highest discounts which helps for people with max 70% loan (that BNM's ruling lah ....). Reading this thread - opens up my eyes for infiniti.

Some friends already bought it. I am also checking Seasons. Price is good but high density. As opposed to Hedgeford - its FH. But mother in law said "you mau bela burung ke .... so small lah". Haiyo .... will need time to study a bit soon.

Yeah, your right. I am actually looking for a working station, I mean, to stay Monday - Friday. So size may not be a major factor. In law is staying in Wangsa, hence my choice so that i can send son on the day (I am not into maids). I need to analyze a little bit more so as to sewa or buy (due to my objective which is not quite strong o the acquiring side). I would have decided faster if its a FH. Which is why i did check on Hedgeford though its really small (but FH). I am based the middle east now and back next 1 - 2 years. Heard the props market will low but i aint sure how that can happen, I mean, props are like ciggy. Quite inelastic towards econs.

But luckily the condos / props in Malaysia aint that bad as where i am now. My condo is 700 sq feet. I rent for RM 10,000 mthly. hahhahaa ....
