it saddening to saw the rental RM1400.00.. 600K purchase unit and rent for rm1400.. even my 560sqf Low cost apartment is fetching RM900.00..

Why HK/China/Singapore rental rate is high.. it due to all owner don't lower the price and spoil the market.. hopefully petalz/citizen and etc wont spoil the market.. i tot once RV built.. i can increase my rental.. mana tahu only only 1400.. takut later my tenant switch to there.. compare with my price 900.. |
