My ip4 on 6.1.2 and im using evasi0n 1.4 to jb,but the jailbreak icon not appering after my phone restarted.tried many times d also the same,any reason?

i cant jb my ip4 and ipad mini 2..its show error communicating with device,asking me to replug..but i had replug it and still cant,anyone faced this issue?
