guys, successfully jb my iphone 5, i installed sbsettings, and also airplane tonggle but it keep crashing the springboard everytime i hit the airplane icon to turn on/off.. any idea why?

Is there any recommended app to lock the network to 3G only? Since i got this iphone 5, i hv this weird problem where when the network change from 3G to edge, it wont change back to 3G automatically even when the area is 3G covered. I need to turn on/off airplane mode to bring back the 3G network.
