Guys, those who updated successfully on top of the 6.1 OTA, the steps taken is the same? Read a few posts that need to do a hard reset in the end. Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. So what I need to do is backup through iTunes, then run the jailbreak application and wait for it to complete and reboot the phone correct?

The full 6.1 firmware is in Zip format. When I do a shift plus restore, I just select the zip file correct? No need to unzip the file first?

How come I still get the Exit Safe Mode when I click restart on the status bar? Seems like my tweaks like swipe from bottom to activate SBSettings not working.

#Seems like lockinfo is causing the problem. After removing, everything is fine now.

After updating the 2 new updates in Cydia, weather app is working normal now. I believe the 2 updates have to be applied in order for the app to work. I updated the Evasion update only at the beginning and weather did not work. After applying the other update, it worked.

i'm able to set it... the thing is the 'swiping' works with my pointer finger and not my thumb unsure.gif .

also, check if you're in safe mode... i believe the tweaks won't work in this mode.

trace back the apps/extensions that you applied/installed...i got this problem when i happened to install lockscreen, after uninstalling everything back to normal.

It's a bit annoying not to be able to see the usage and standby time. Yesterday did a full charge, the two info appeared. But now at 61% it has disappeared again. So can't really monitor the actual usage time.

Think the key is to restore either the latest ipsw or the old ipsw then ota but why want to do the latter?

Btw seems they are testing the 6.1.3 beta now which fixes the pass lock bug.

Are you JB in 6.1? If yes, you have to restore to 6.1.2 then run the latest 1.4 JB tool.

I'll sit this one out and monitor a few days. Lazy to go back to 7.0.4 just to JB.

And most tweaks don't work anyway. Think you guys just wait for more updates from the evad3rs' team before JB.
