JB is not a must, I do agree. In fact, Ive been using my iPhone with stock since the launch of iOS6. The only thing I miss bout JB is, SBSSetting & Zephyr. Other than that, not important. Assisstive Touch is gay..

I juz do fully new restore, I find the weather app is not working even not JB
Is this normal for new 6.1??

Its an isolated case. Shudnt be a problem
Since I need to use the weather, I try do full restore & re-JB
Luckily my weather not broken this time ;D
