2) iTunes Backup Now into PC. Select copy apps into PC for faster restore later.
3) Shift+click Restore, select the downloaded IPSW file. Cannot upgrade since it is previously j/b.
4) When Restore done, check is iOS 6.1
5) Start j/b
6) Once j/b done, Cydia synced, start restore from Backup.
