Like Taufikp sais: join a decent League.
We at F1RST3 have about 100 drivers worldwide each race.
If incidents like you describe happen, drivers can file a dispute. We'll judge based on the VCR and if needed, hand out penalties.

Something to think about if we wish to have a league of our own.

Don't be too excited to win a race.
Each time we follow a driver in front of us...always keep our distance
when reaching a corner...prepare to brake and make sure don't hit his rear just
because we are eager to win.

I always do that + looking for an opportunity to overtake...look for the racing line.

Twice now in a race..i got hit by the rear just because I brake on a corner.
There are certain corners in a circuit that drivers can overtake.
But us, "anywhere would be fine...i'll hit them" 

Nobody's happy when got hit.
But what to do?
Unless each individual be more patience and follow the rules.

What's the point of winning if not clean.
Similar to clean telemetry lap times

linkin, i think we can start the league next month so that we can recruit more drivers.

So guys, which day do you want to race? every Friday evening or Saturday evening? the length of the race? I'm in the middle of figuring out the rules for our league, so your inputs are appreciated.

So i was thinking about drivers championship and constructor championship. The point system will be based on the current f1 rules. For the constructor championship, the top 2 driver from each team will score points.

yup... really a exciting race yesterday... 
But i couldnt get fast on my car, just manage to get late 1.29.9xx (fastest liao), not like Yus, can get 1.28 haizz..

But i just manage to over take Prinze after lap 3/4 i think, then i speed to the max on my McLaren and just trying hard to minimize the mistakes.. Prinze was 1-2sec ahead of me before i overtook him, but i saw Prinze suddently like sliding n slowing down on the corner, so i wait for chance to overtake him.

for the remaining lap, i just manage to did 1.30 / 1.31 / 1.32, not a quite fast lap actually, but.. is a very extrodinary for yesterday race, as i saw many ferrari's car spin, smoking tyres, hit on the 1st lap.. like playing bumper car 

*I just have any advise here, try not to catch the others too close, if is too close to each other car, surely it will hit becoz of our different car setup, different driving style, etc. You can get close example 0.00.500sec, brake earlier as you know there is a high speed brake. Try to overtake when there is an opportunity, not like passing others 'Degil-ly', giv chance to the others to side by side u.

Think of this way, give chance to others, for my opinion, racing is not oni just wanna win, but also respect to the others who race with you, you could see how well is your driving skill, how well u manage your car and the clam of driving. If everybody race like tis, all ppl will more happier, we race for fun rite? Not for Championship Title! Think of it...

Nope... i dont think so..
If u say after 10laps, possible is you get too much heat to your tyres so i become slippery, not wear off, coz i still able to did my fastest lap on the race on lap 10 or 11 over total 13laps race.. 

Just see how well your car setup can last the tyre, giving more heat pressure or keeping it same all the time..
And driving style plays a important role too. If u 'drift' too much, then 

we are not so pro yet.. haha.. so no need see the VCR.. 
start league ah? so serious meh? but no point to put constructor championship cos no other drivers will select other cars except ferrari and mclaren.. hehe..
ya.. after few laps, i felt that my tyres were weird.. after that cant able to stay 1:30:xxx... i agreed what u said, racing is not just to win, we must enjoy the whole process, exchange your gaming experience.. of cos when racing,  dont take it personal... IMHO, it is just a game and we play after work just to relax ourself.. and of cos, we need cooperation from all racers when racing..
i suggest to set the damage on.. so that all of us will be more careful.. and try to set the fuel usage to x4 or x5.. so that everyone can have different strategy and change tyres.. maybe its fun..

Example: means usually we use 3litre fuel per lap, but if set x4 or x5, then it will be 3litre x 4 = 12litre fuel usage per lap.

Mayb this idea is good, where we hav more strategy and to pass car in the pit, not on the track to avoid incident!

For me,
1. Damage on. As punishment, person who damage others car. in next race, no qualifying lap for that racer. He/She have to start from last position.

2.Fuel usage is x4. Cause we race length is 25%, which is 1/4 of total length, thus fuel usage x4 is most suitable.

your idea tough to implement lar. What if like USGP, Montoya slams into everybody...then how to qualify? Everyone last...huh? If got 2 accidents in the previous race, both of them don't get to qualify...then which one of them gets teh "last" place?

I really think drive through penalty is sufficient, or maybe stop/go penalty...
we're talking about penalties if accidents do happen, no point talking about how to overtake properly
