 question about hissing sound, from speaker

Hi all.got one question.my speaker got hissing sound after turning on engine.
I can reduce the hissing to lower or none by lowering gain at amp.
Question is, will i loose quality?

That's good... I lowered gain and no guessing sound. Already tried restructure wires... After lower gain i cant set too high volume

I didn't have the crossover box. Moved the one to two fuse box already already...

 

Change to:
