hi, anyone got issue with tp link tl-wn727n usb adapter?

I'm using Win7 64 bit, previously using old SMC adapter with XP 32bit, working flawlessly, but that old adapter is not compatible with win7 64bit, keep dc-ing, so I bought a new TP-Link adapter, however only got around 2.3 only, same exact place as I placed my previous adapter, 2-3m from router, signal is around 80%..

SOLVED:
Ended up need to use the TP-Link software instead of just using the driver and let Windows handle the connection..
