err how to set QOS for gaming, my house got 2 video streamer
that are my dad and my sister, they stream sometimes only, but usually it is a peak time for gamer playing dota2 together...

I raise the same question to the agent, I dont need 10mb and ask for reduce price for 5mb instead. They say no such deal.

They don't give a damn. Customer retention is low. Thats why plenty people already jump ship.

I upgraded two days ago and I was quite surprised with how fast they process my request, restarted the router 10 minutes later, voila 10 mbps.

About the pricing, both prices they also say is for ''selected customers'', ya right, I called and they approved my request. 

selected (normally with good CBPR) customer will received call from unifi center and get better offer for upgrade (maybe better than unifi super upgrade deal)

selected customer with good CBPR will automatically get sms from tm and get the unifi super upgrade deal by calling unifi center or visit tmpoint

selected customer with good CBPR but dint get sms from tm can get the unifi super upgrade deal by calling unifi center or visit tmpoint

customer with bad CBPR will not entitle for unifi super upgrade deal

If you read back the previous pages a lot of people got that offer, as for the duration iinm for as long as you're on Unifi.

Ok to clarify on this as I just called the TM Customer service asking about this offer.
This offer is actually part of the Unifi Super Upgrade Deal

For example for VIP5:
First option is:
You upgrade from 5mb to 10mb you will be charge RM 199, with free one hypptv package.

2nd option is:
Now if you are already a current hypptv package subscriber, let say one package RM30, your current bill would be around RM179, you will be offered to upgrade to VIP 10 by top up another RM20 = total RM199 as well. Hence the offer you are getting RM 149 + RM 20 = RM 169.
So in short, you need to have one package from hypptv already subscribe to get this offer.

This is the answer given to me by Customer service.

Edit:
I forgot to clarify on certain points like as option 1 actually says you get the channels for free for 2 years so you probably had to pay another RM30 on top of current bill after the 2 years duration. This does make option 2 seems a lot better as you already paying for what it is (unless the RM20 top up to current RM149 VIP 5 package is only for 2 years as well)

If you call you'll be offered RM 179, don't bother to ask about the lower priced package because your inquiry will be brushed off as 'no such offer', the RM 169 offer is on a ''Called'' basis, if you're lucky enough to get a call from them then you'll get RM 169, if not the only choice for you is RM 179.

Yes i got the offer and i took it up. The RM169 is for another 2 years contract period.
