Hi guys
Just to check with all of you fine people, how to downgrade from VIP20 to VIP5? I think is not wise for me to spend additional RM100 already since I already fully utilized like mad downloading 1080p files =`( What's the procedure? Just walk in to TM point and ask to downgrade? It's ok. I know already.
Make sure you must finish up the contract (24 months aka 2 years). After that, to downgrade can simple call them up and do remotely. If less then 1 year, penalty. |

Hi Guys
Just finish up my contract with VIP20. Now to downgrade or maintain the VIP20 huhuhuhu Im so confuse now. Different RM100.00 Any suggestions? |

I already downgraded my speed from VIP20 to VIP5. Please update. FYI, 2 options given (Via phone) 1. To renew contract (FOC). Meaning my VIP5 2 years contract with TM. 2.
